I have been licensed as a counselor for 15 years. I am also a real person with hobbies and a family. I grew up in South Texas (sssh don't tell), but have lived in the Denver area for almost 20 years. In my "spare" time, I enjoy the outdoors, reading and competing in distance riding events with my kids and horses.

I approach therapy as a partnership between me and you. Everyone has problems from time to time, and getting help is a smart way to stop suffering! I am a skilled therapist with many techniques at my disposal, but at the same time I'm down to earth and am not afraid to be human. I could list a bunch of stuff about "theoretical orientation" and philosophy of change, and I'm happy to share that information if you're interested, but I'd rather roll up my sleeves and start helping you! Ask me anything you'd like to know!
